Our cattle graze on nutrient-rich grasses, never confined to feedlots. This natural diet yields beef that’s rich in flavor, lean, and marbled to perfection. From juicy steaks to hearty burgers, our beef is a cut above the rest.

Highland Cattle are known for a modern beef carcass with lean, well-marbled, flesh that ensures tenderness and succulence with a very distinctive flavor. 

Highland beef is healthy and nutritious with lower levels of fat and cholesterol and a higher protein and iron content than other beef.   

 

Free of added hormones and no antibiotics. 

 

Pasture-rotated and regeneratively raised for premium quality

Our Highlands produce top quality meat and we enlist a processer to custom cut and package for our customers.  

$6.50/lb. + Processing Fees

Full ~500lb. 

Half ~250lb.  

Quarter ~125lb.

$150 Deposit Required*

*Option for a monthly payment*

We will use the average hanging weight of 500lbs. (this is an estimate that will fluctuate).

Final Payment due on Pick-up

~7-9 cubic feet of freezer space needed for  storage of 150lb.
